HEATDRY® Clothing supplies all its products with 2-year standard warranty on clothing, gloves, socks, shoes, slippers and other products. We have set the warranty period of the batteries at 1 year. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the product. This means that during this period you are entitled to a free repair or replacement of the item in case of a production error. However, it is important to note that this guarantee does not always apply to damage caused by wear and tear, misuse or unauthorised modifications to the product.

Multilayer insulation

Wash plugs included

Our heated gloves come with silicone wash plugs. These caps make the DC plug waterproof, protect the wiring and ensure that you can safely wash the gloves without risk of damage. This keeps electrical components optimally protected and extends their lifespan.
