Warranty conditions
All our heated garments, including gloves, socks and body warmers, have a standard warranty period of 2 years from date of purchase. This means we will repair any defects or replace the product free of charge due to manufacturing defects. Exception for batteries: the warranty on the batteries of our products is 1 year. This is because of the nature of battery consumption and wear and tear over time.
