Insulation of heated gloves

Heated gloves combine technology and insulation to keep your hands warm. The gloves feature integrated thermal elements, positioned in strategic areas such as the fingers and palms, that distribute heat evenly on the side close to the skin. This heat is retained and reflected back to the skin by high-quality insulating materials such as Thinsulate or fleece.

HEATDRY Clothing uses synthetic cotton as the main padding of the insulation of the heated glove. Around this insulation are different types of insulating materials and fabrics which, on the one hand, ensure that the heat released by the heating elements cannot simply escape to the outside air, and on the other hand, ensure that the cold from outside cannot simply penetrate. Each type of glove consists of a unique insulation tailored to the needs of each separate target group.

Insulation of heated clothing

Heated clothing offers an advanced combination of technology and high-quality insulation to maintain body temperature. Clothing generally has a larger surface area of heating elements, making it more difficult to keep heat well insulated. By using integrated heating elements combined with insulating materials such as a fleece inner lining and water- and wind-resistant materials, the heat generated is retained and gradually distributed over the body.

The layered construction of HEATDRY's garments ensures maximum insulation without being heavy or bulky, preserving freedom of movement. Padded body warmers and jackets are filled with synthetic cotton, which provides extra protection to ward off the cold and retain warmth. Our softshell jackets have an extra-soft fleece inner layer, housed in two different types: polar fleece and velvet fleece. Moreover, breathable and waterproof outer layers provide extra protection from rain and wind, without compromising insulating properties. This makes our heated clothing ideal for outdoor athletes and people who need to work or travel in cold conditions.
