HEATDRY® Clothing supplies all its products with 2-year standard warranty on clothing, gloves, socks, shoes, slippers and other products. We have set the warranty period of the batteries at 1 year. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the product. This means that during this period you are entitled to a free repair or replacement of the item in case of a production error. However, it is important to note that this guarantee does not always apply to damage caused by wear and tear, misuse or unauthorised modifications to the product.
