BLACK Friday 2025 Promotion terms and conditions

1. Step discount is automatically settled in the check-out

You need no discount codes fill in.
Once you add items to your basket, the system automatically calculates how much discount you get based on the number of items you have selected.

The structure is as follows:

• 1 item → 15% discount (on the cheapest item)

• 2 items → 25% discount

• 3 items → 35% discount (on the most expensive item)

The discount will be automatically applied, so you always pay the right amount without having to do anything.

2. Step discount is restarted at 4+ items (cycle of 3)

Instead of the stacking discount stopping after 3 items, the discount starts all over again as soon as there are more than 3 items in the basket.

Meaning:

Discount structure per set of 3 items:

Set 1 (items 1, 2, 3):

• Item 1 → 15%

• Item 2 → 25%

• Item 3 → 35%

Set 2 (items 4, 5, 6):

• Item 4 → again 15%

• Item 5 → again 25%

• Item 6 → again 35%

Set 3 (items 7, 8, 9):

• Item 7 → weather 15%

• Item 8 → again 25%

• Item 9 → again 35%

... and so on with large orders.

This provides a fair, logical and scalable discount for customers buying multiple sets.

3. Stacking discount applies to almost the entire range

Almost all clothing items are participating in the Black Friday promotion.
But there are exceptions:

4. Step discount is not valid on batteries and accessories

Accessories and batteries are excluded from stacking discount.
Why?

• batteries have an extremely low margin

• accessories are not garments and do not fit within the stacking discount structure

• this keeps the price of main products fair and stable

If you add these items, they won't get any extra discount from the stack promotion - but they will get any standard discount prices, if they apply.

5. Discount may vary by size

Some sizes may have a different discount price due to:

• stock levels

• seasonal planning

• purchase prices

• remaining batches

Meaning:
S for an item might be 25%, while XL might be 15% (or vice versa).

This is automatically and transparently displayed on the product page and in the shopping basket.

6. Return period remains 14 days

You have 14 days to return your product, as always at HEATDRY.
This also applies during Black Friday.

Note: this is a regular return period, no extended holiday deadline.

7. Returns and stacking discount: the entire order will be recalculated

If you return one or more items that were part of an order with stacking discount, the entire order recalculated, as if you had never bought the returned item.

Meaning:

• The stacking discount will be reapplied to the items you keep.

• This may change the discount on the remaining items (for example: you keep only 1 item → then you are no longer entitled to 25% or 35% discount).

• The amount to be refunded will be based on the new correct calculation.

Example:

Suppose you order:

1. Jacket → €129

2. Thermal shirt → €49

3. Gloves → €29

You will receive:

• Jacket: 35% discount

• Thermal shirt: 25%

• Gloves: 15%

But you return the gloves...

Then the step discount structure will cease to exist:

• You are left with 2 items

• So the new discount is only:

  • 1 item → 15%

  • 2 items → 25%

The discount will be corrected, and you will receive a custom return amount.

This prevents abuse and keeps the action fair for everyone.

8. When you exchange an item for a size that is not discounted

If you want to exchange an item for a size that:

• not participating in the action, or

• a lower or no discount has

...Then the discount originally received not be passed on to the new size.

This is due to stock and discount differences by size.

We communicate this to avoid disappointment.

9. OP = OP (no restocking)

During Black Friday, we work with fixed, limited stock.
Item variants that are sold out will not be restocked during the action.

Why?

• production planning

• delivery times

• ensuring fair opportunity for all

• avoid having to cancel orders

Is your size gone?
Then it might only come back after the promotion - without stacking discount.

10. No renewal of action

The Black Friday stacking discount runs from:

November 28 to December 1 - 11:59pm.

After this, everything stops immediately:

• stacking discount is evicted

• product discounts are restored

• stock and prices go back to normal

There will be no extension, "evening action" or "extra day".

11. The stacking discount is always calculated in order of price (low → high → highest)

The order is:

1. Item with the lowest price → 15%

2. Item with the middle price → 25%

3. Item with the highest price → 35%

This avoids confusion and keeps the action fair and transparent.

12. Combination with other discount codes is not possible

During Black Friday, discount codes can:

• not be applied

• not be combined

• cannot be added afterwards

The promotion is already extremely sharp and only works without additional discount layers.
