HEATDRY® Clothing supplies all its products with 2-year standard warranty on clothing, gloves, socks, shoes, slippers and other products. We have set the warranty period of the batteries at 1 year. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the product. This means that during this period you are entitled to a free repair or replacement of the item in case of a production error. Controls

1. APP operation

HEATDRY's ExtremeTherm APP heated socks is controllable via the APP "E-Warm", which you can download on your Apple or Android device. Simply pair the battery with the app, then turn the socks on or off. You can also easily control the temperature of the heating elements, and set a timer for how long you want the socks to stay on.

2. Manual operation

Besides APP operation, it is also possible to operate the socks without an APP. Manual control is via the sock's battery. Press and hold the button on the battery for 5 seconds to turn the sock on or off, and briefly press the battery to set the temperature setting. There are four temperature settings, and you can easily read the remaining battery capacity via the LED indicator lights.
