For outdoor activities in the cold, these gloves are a lifesaver. They are robust and reliable, even in harsh conditions. One small downside is that in the highest heat mode, the battery runs out quite quickly. For longer adventures, it is advisable to carry a spare battery. Nevertheless, they have become an indispensable item for me.

Ambient temperature

The HBOD5v Women's Heated Bodywarmer features an advanced '3-zone heating' system, which provides targeted heating for three specific body parts: the neck, the body (body), and the back. This feature is particularly useful for users who need specific heat distribution to different parts of the upper body.

  1. Neck warming: This zone targets the neck, a crucial area often exposed to cold. Neck heating helps maintain overall body warmth and provides comfort in windy or very cold conditions.
  2. Body heater: The body heater concentrates on the core of the body, which is essential for maintaining body temperature. This zone provides even and comfortable warmth over the entire middle part of the body, ideal for cold days.
  3. Back heating: Back warmers are specially designed to warm the back, helping to reduce stiffness and discomfort caused by cold. This is especially useful for people who spend long periods outside or are prone to back pain.

Each heating zone in the HBOD5v body warmer can be controlled separately, giving users the freedom to choose which zones to activate depending on their specific heating needs and the external temperature. This makes the HBOD5v a versatile and efficient choice for anyone looking for a personalised heating solution for outdoor activities. Also see the heated men's body warmer.
